Job summary

Walmart Canada in Bracebridge, ON is hiring a Customer Service Associate. • Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Processes all purchase transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promotes Walmart sponsor programs, including credit card services, product protection and charity initiatives.
• Assists customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Maintains safe work practices and a clean work area.
• Maintains register security through cash handling and policy adherence.
• Directs customers to the Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead as needed.
• Supports customers with self-checkout usage and education.
