Job summary

Walmart Canada in Montreal is seeking a Food and Consumables Associate who delivers friendly service while stocking and organizing the food and consumables area across the department.

You will zone shelves, rotate stock, verify signs and prices, maintain cold chain standards, and support ordering and markdown processes to keep the area clean, compliant, and ready for customers.

• Zones the department to ensure product shelves, tables and bunkers are organized and product is in the correct location
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products
• Ensures the merchandise is properly signed and priced
• Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
• Follows proper procedures for; Ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels
