Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product promotion and purchases.
• Coordinate task completion as directed by the Coach and Store Management Team, delegating and following up on daily tasks.
• Assess fashion department presentation and merchandising, and implement display changes as needed.
• Maintain clear communication, lead daily Team Huddles, share updates, set goals, and track team productivity.
• Review schedules with People Lead to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Assign associates to support coverage and availability tasks across store areas.
• Identify training opportunities during tours, and develop associates through coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following policies and completing safety checks.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support store management in daily operations.
• Partner with Coach/People Lead on performance conversations and recruitment efforts.

Position Summary...Assists in the leadership of the Fashion areas and department processes, responds to problems and inquiries and develops associates through teaching and training. Ensures a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the salesfloor as required.What you'll do...1. Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.2. Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Coach and the Store Management Team. Delegate, assist and follow-up on completion of daily Customer Availability process tasks.3. Assesses the overall presentation of Fashion Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.4. Ensures strong communication with associates, leads the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift, and provides the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity.5. Review completed schedules with People Lead.6. Assign Associates to support coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.7. Tours assigned areas with the Coach and team associates to validate and identify training opportunities. Develops associates through teaching and training and provides feedback as needed.8. Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.9. Complete GTA/Workday tasks and supports Management.10. Partner with Coach/People Lead to facilitate performance management and growth conversations for Associates.
