• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner and assisting with product discovery and purchases.
• Maintains safe, clean store environment and ensures displays and signage align with standards.
• Processes and stocks fashion merchandise and replenishes items as needed.
• Keeps sales floor orderly and tidy for customers.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items and ensures fixtures are in good condition.
• Uses proper signage and adheres to modular guidelines.
• Replenishes seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
• Adheres to safety policies and completes required logs.
