Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Fashion Associate to join their Lethbridge store. You will provide friendly customer service, help customers with promotions, locate items, and support purchase decisions while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will stock fashion merchandise, maintain signage and set up seasonal displays. This role requires 16+ years of age and offers starting pay from 16.65 CAD per hour.

This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute daily tasks as well as the execution of all seasonal arrangements. What you’ll do…

1. Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
2. Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
3. Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
4. Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
5. Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
6. Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
7. Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
8. Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.65.
