Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Fashion Associate to join our retail team. You will deliver outstanding customer service while processing and stocking fashion merchandise, maintaining signage and product displays, and supporting seasonal merchandising efforts.

This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety and store standards. You will participate in daily task planning, contribute to a clean and safe store environment, and help customers locate products and make informed purchasing

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise and helping customers make purchase decisions.
• Resolves customer issues and refers concerns as appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and safety procedures.
• Processes and stocks all fashion merchandise as directed.
• Keeps the sales floor area clean and organized for customers.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensures proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced as necessary.
• Uses signage according to modular guidelines and replenishes seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
