Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Fashion Associate in Fredericton, NB to support customer service excellence while maintaining fashion merchandise standards in-store. You will stock, merchandise and set up displays, assist customers with product choices, and help keep the sales floor clean and organized.

This role focuses on friendly service, merchandising accuracy, and timely replenishment of seasonal items, as part of a collaborative retail team at Regent Mall.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
