Job summary

Walmart Canada in Fort St John, BC is seeking a Fashion Associate to support daily operations in our apparel department. You will greet customers, promote products, locate merchandise, and help customers make purchasing decisions.

You will process and stock fashion merchandise, keep the sales floor tidy, and ensure signage and fixtures are up to standard. You will also replenish seasonal merchandise and uphold safety and policy requirements.

Position Summary

What You’ll Do

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.25.
