Job summary

Walmart Canada in Cowansville, QC is seeking a friendly Fashion Associate to support customers and keep fashion merchandise well-presented on the sales floor. You will greet customers, help locate items, stock and merchandise, and ensure displays meet brand standards in a safe, clean environment.

As part of a team, you’ll plan daily tasks, assist with seasonal merchandising, and uphold signage and display integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to assist customers by promoting products/services and locating merchandise.
• Maintain merchandise standards and stocking processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
