Job summary

Walmart Canada in Courtenay, BC is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, stock fashion merchandise, and maintain merchandise standards. You will help plan daily tasks and seasonal displays as part of a team in a safe, clean retail environment.

• Resolves customer issues and refers concerns when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Processes and stocks all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the sales floor area clean and tidy for customers.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensures proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced as needed.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard-free environment following company policies.
• Reports to the store team on daily tasks and seasonal arrangements.
