Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp. is seeking a Fashion Associate in Bracebridge, ON to deliver outstanding customer service while stocking fashion merchandise and maintaining store standards.

You will work as part of a team to execute daily tasks and seasonal merchandising plans, ensuring a safe, clean shopping environment and accurate displays. The role starts at a minimum hourly rate of CAD 17.75 and offers opportunities to develop retail skills within a large national retailer.

Position Summary

Working as a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. A Fashion Associate is a customer service champion that processes and stocks all fashion merchandise and maintains merchandise standards, including modular and signage integrity, all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute daily tasks as well as the execution of all seasonal arrangements. What you'll do

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
