The role includes standard floor duties such as pricing, zoning, and product placement, plus promotional and product launch support.

The minimum pay starts at $18.75 per hour, with a focus on teamwork, service, and engagement across departments.

• Assist customers with sale of goods including: Provide product information. Answer product questions. Recommend products. Retrieve products from locked cabinets.
• Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including but not limited to: Deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, Price changes, Feature to home, Zoning.
• Setting and completion of modular
• Promote – Charity events, Promote Walmart Mastercard, Promote Walmart Protection Plan, Promote OMNI extended aisle offering.
• Product Launches – in-store Product Launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.
