Job summary

Walmart Canada in Leduc, AB is seeking a Department Specialized Associate to help drive sales through deep product knowledge and exceptional customer service. You will assist customers with information, answer questions and recommend products, retrieving items from locked cabinets when needed.

Daily responsibilities include standard floor duties, price changes, zoning and modular setups, plus involvement in product launches and promotions such as charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Protection

• Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including but not limited to: Deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, Price changes, Feature to home, Zoning.
• Setting and completion of modular
• Promote – Charity events, Promote Walmart Mastercard, Promote Walmart Protection Plan, Promote OMNI extended aisle offering.
• Product Launches – in-store Product Launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.
