Job summary

A leading retail corporation in Canada is seeking an individual to ensure inventory and order filling accuracy within the distribution center. The successful candidate will perform quality audits, operate power equipment, and manage Warehouse Management System processes. Minimum age requirement is 18 years or older. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to Quality Assurance policies.

  • Adhere to all Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
  • Operate power equipment safely and under control at all times.
  • Review and maintain item-profiling requests from Operations Supervisors.
  • Administer Warehouse Management System item/slot management.
  • Process damaged product in a timely manner using proper procedures.
  • Research and justify larger inventory adjustments for Supervisor approval.
  • Prepare/process the TPR report daily.

Position Summary

Responsible of ensuring inventory and order filling accuracy throughout the DC.

What you’ll do
  • Perform quality audits and verify reports for DC inventory and order‑filling accuracy.
  • Adhere to all Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
  • Operate power equipment safely and under control at all times.
  • Review and maintain item‑profiling requests from Operations Supervisors.
  • Administer Warehouse Management System item/slot management, including new item setup, existing item maintenance (sequence, module, marshalling), slot label maintenance, slot creation/deletion, frozen slot tracking and maintenance, item replenishment maintenance, product recalls.
  • Process damaged product in a timely manner using proper procedures.
  • Research and justify larger inventory adjustments for Supervisor approval.
  • Accurately and efficiently prepare/process the TPR report daily and maintain integrity through enforced timelines for Walmart finance departments.
