Job summary

Walmart Canada in Maple, ON seeks a Warehouse Inventory Quality Associate to ensure inventory and order-filling accuracy across the distribution center. You will perform quality audits, verify DC reports, and maintain QA procedures, while safely operating power equipment.

You’ll manage WMS item/slot data, setup new items, maintain slots, and handle recalls. The role supports damaged-product processing, justifies inventory adjustments, and prepares daily TPR reports to keep Walmart finance

• Administer Warehouse Management System item/slot management, including new item setup, existing item maintenance, slot label maintenance, slot creation/deletion, frozen slot tracking and maintenance, item replenishment maintenance, product recalls.
• Process damaged product in a timely manner using proper procedures.
• Research and justify larger inventory adjustments for Supervisor approval
• Accurately and efficiently prepare/process the TPR report daily band maintain integrity through enforced timelines for Walmart finance departments

The rate of pay for this position starts from $25.34/hr.
