• Secure and process direct and local shipments (including OMNI and alcohol merchandise).
• Train new DSD associates on proper receiving procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, handling returns, claims, and shipments with required documentation.
• Follow safety procedures when lifting, using pallet jacks, ladders, and box blades.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with cold chain standards by documenting temperatures and using the Sure Check App.
• Safeguard receiving area by following key and backdoor control policies.
