What You’ll Do

• Secure and Manage Merchandise – Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in designated locations in accordance with Company procedures.
• Receive and Process Deliveries – Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailer deliveries, to support timely movement of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Receiving Area Organization and Documentation – Maintains a clean and organized receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTRs for shipment and completing all required documentation accurately.
• Safety and Equipment Use – Follows and promotes safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and safe use of box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment.
• Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution – Works closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to identify and resolve receiving issues or discrepancies efficiently.
• Security and Key Control Compliance – Safeguards backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines and security standards.
• Cold Chain and Quality Compliance – Follows cold chain procedures to maintain product quality, including documenting required information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
• Associate Training and Support – Trains and supports other Directs Store Delivery Associates to ensure consistent adherence to receiving processes and standards.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

• Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
