Responsibilities

• Secure and manage merchandise in designated locations per procedures.
• Receive and process direct and local shipments, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailer deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTRs for shipment and completing all required documentation accurately.
• Follow safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and safe use of box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to identify and resolve receiving issues or discrepancies efficiently.
• Safeguards backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines and security standards.
• Follows cold chain procedures to maintain product quality, including documenting required information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
• Trains and supports other Directs Store Delivery Associates to ensure consistent adherence to receiving processes and standards.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runssmoothlyand customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
