Responsibilities

• Secure and Manage Merchandise
• Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in designated locations in accordance with Company procedures.
• Receive and Process Deliveries
• Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailer deliveries, to support timely movement of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Receiving Area Organization and Documentation
• Maintains a clean and organized receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTRs for shipment and completing all required documentation accurately.
• Safety and Equipment Use
• Follows and promotes safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and safe use of box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment.
• Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution
• Works closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to identify and resolve receiving issues or discrepancies efficiently.
• Security and Key Control Compliance
• Safeguards backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines and security standards.
• Cold Chain and Quality Compliance
• Follows cold chain procedures to maintain product quality, including documenting required information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
• Associate Training and Support
• Trains and supports other Directs Store Delivery Associates to ensure consistent adherence to receiving processes and standards.
