• Maintain Department Organization and Standards: Keep the Dairy/Frozen area clean, organized, and properly zoned so it’s customer-ready.
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality: Rotate merchandise and check for expired items to keep freshness and quality.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy: Ensure accurate signs and prices; follow procedures for ordering, clearance, sign‑offs, and labeling.
• Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation: Adhere to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks and sanitation.
• Merchandising and Feature Maintenance: Keep department features aligned with merchandising standards and promos.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance: Maintain a neat, hazard‑free area following all policies and safety guidelines.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Maintain Department Organization and Standards
Keeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer-ready at all times.

Stock Rotation and Product Quality
Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.

Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy
Ensures merchandise is accurately signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.

Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation
Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell‑by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures.

Merchandising and Feature Maintenance
Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.

Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance
Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard‑free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runssmoothlyand customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Physical Demands
Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
