• Maintain Dairy/Frozen department organization, cleanliness and proper zoning to stay customer-ready.
• Rotate stock and check expiration to ensure freshness and quality.
• Ensure items are signed and priced correctly; follow procedures for ordering, clearance, and markdowns.
• Follow cold chain and food safety standards, perform temperature checks, proper food handling, and sanitation.
• Maintain department features for merchandising and promotional execution.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and compliant with company policies and Health & Safety guidelines.
• Be flexible with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.Cold Chain, Food Safety, and SanitationAdheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures.Merchandising and Feature MaintenanceMaintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.Safety, Cleanliness, and ComplianceMaintains a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
