• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy: Ensure items are signed and priced correctly, following procedures for ordering, clearance, markups, and labeling.
• Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation: Follow cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, sanitation, and proper food handling.
• Merchandising and Feature Maintenance: Maintain department features for merchandising standards and promotions.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance: Keep a neat, hazard-free work area and follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain Department Organization and Standards Keeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer-ready at all times.
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy Ensures merchandise is accurately signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Merchandising and Feature Maintenance Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
