Responsibilities

• Maintain Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized and properly zoned.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Ensure merchandise is signed and priced; follow procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Adhere to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Maintain merchandising features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Follow safety policies and Health and Safety guidelines; keep work area neat and hazard-free.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High Task Volume in a Fast-Paced Environment; manage overnight hours effectively and plan ahead; handle large volumes of restocking and recovery.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory up to 50 lbs.

Maintain Department Organization and Standards
Keeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer-ready at all times.

Stock Rotation and Product Quality
Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.

Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy
Ensures merchandise is accurately signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.

Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation
Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures.

Merchandising and Feature Maintenance
Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.

Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance
Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runssmoothlyand customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
