• Stock Rotation and Product Quality: Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy: Ensures signs and prices are correct; follows procedures for ordering, markdowns, and labeling.
• Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation: Follows safety standards, temperature checks, and sanitation protocols.
• Merchandising and Feature Maintenance: Maintains features to support promotions and merchandising.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance: Keeps area clean and hazard-free following policies.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High Task Volume in Fast-Paced Environment: Manages workload efficiently during busy periods.
• Physical Demands: Standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain Department Organization and Standards: Keeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer‑ready at all times.
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality: Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy: Ensures merchandise is accurately signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation: Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell‑by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Merchandising and Feature Maintenance: Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance: Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard‑free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
