Walmart Canada in Thunder Bay, ON is seeking a Consumables Associate to support high-volume retail operations and assist customers with shopping needs. The role emphasizes safeguarding merchandise, stocking from backroom to salesfloor, and maintaining clean, organized displays.

The position focuses on delivering friendly service, resolving customer issues, and helping the team maintain efficient store flow and product presentation. Starting pay is hourly, with bilingual capacity a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assists customers by promoting products/services and locating merchandise.
• Resolves customer issues and refers concerns to management where appropriate.
• Maintains salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing and pricing merchandise.
• Ensures proper handling of claims and returns, secures merchandise, identifies high shrink items and maintains a safe work environment.
• Receives and stocks merchandise, utilizes equipment appropriately, logs and other documentation.
• Refers appropriate service items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
• Stocks merchandise/picks, downstocks if applicable, applies product protection when required, sets and completes modulars.

Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.8. Stocks merchandise/picks, Downstocks if applicable . Applies product protection when required.
