Job summary

Walmart Canada is hiring a Consumables Associate to join a fast-paced retail team. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and help stock and rotate merchandise on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes friendliness, safety, and efficient service in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include resolving customer questions, maintaining displays, processing returns, and coordinating with the Customer Service Manager on escalated issues.

Receives and stocks merchandise, utilizes equipment appropriately, administers required paperwork, logs and other documentation.7. Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.8. Stocks merchandise/picks, Downstocks if applicable . Applies product protection when required.
