• Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items and maintain a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures.
• Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, administer required paperwork, logs and other documentation.
• Refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
• Stock merchandise/picks, downstocks if applicable, apply product protection when required, set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and sets new shelf caps.
