Job summary

Walmart Canada in Kamloops is seeking a Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service at the checkout, handling transactions and safeguarding company assets with strong attention to detail.

You will greet customers, process purchases quickly, and support sponsored programs while assisting with bagging and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Minimum age is 16.

• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
