Job summary

Walmart in Saint-Hyacinthe, QC is hiring for a store associate to support merchandise flow from receiving to the sales floor. You will unload trailers, pull pallets to the floor, and assist in processing merchandise while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

You will also prepare the sales floor for store opening, set and sign features, and help with stocking and labeling. This role emphasizes labeling and backroom placement to support efficient operations.

• Label the sales floor for store opening
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure

Job description

Position Summary

To provide customer service by completing assigned tasks relating to receiving and the flow of merchandise through to the sales floor. This will be accomplished by unloading trailers, pulling pallets to the floor and assisting in the processing of merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.75.
