Job summary

Walmart Canada in Saint-Constant, QC is seeking an Associate to provide customer service and support stocking activities. You will greet customers, help locate merchandise, and contribute to a safe, clean store environment while preparing backrooms for stock unloading.

The role involves assisting with workload planning, accurate signing of merchandise, and maintaining fixtures and shelves to ensure product availability and neat displays.

• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary...

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.
