Skills

Red Seal Certification

5–7 years’ experience in a Chef role

Knowledge of industry standards and Legislative Policies

Ability to work under pressure

Strong computer capabilities including Microsoft Office

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in sustainable and plant-based menu preparation

Previous high-volume catering experience
