Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in the hospitality/food service industry.
• 10+ years' experience as a Chef in hotels, resorts, or restaurants.
• Knowledge of menu costing and recipe cards implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff.
• Prepare and serve high-quality menu items.
• Ensure food safety compliance (FOODSAFE & HACCP).
