Job summary

Clearsulting LLC in Toronto is seeking a Campus Consulting Analyst to join our finance transformation and data analytics engagements. You will work with client teams to deliver impactful project outcomes while developing consulting skills.

The role requires a degree by Dec 2026/May 2027, a minimum GPA of 3.0, and authorization to work in Canada. We offer in-person collaboration four days per month, relocation not provided, and a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist finance transformation and data analytics engagements for clients.
• Help manage project plans, milestones, risks, and communications.
• Collaborate across teams to prepare client meetings and deliverables.
• Develop executive-level presentations translating issues into recommendations.
• Conduct primary research to identify gaps and design solutions.
• Apply statistical tools to analyze large datasets and extract insights.

Role:

Campus Consulting Analyst

Location:

• We expect 4 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.

What you'll do

• Dive into dynamic consulting engagements spanning finance transformation, process improvement, technology enablement, data analytics, and organizational change to help clients solve complex business challenges.


• Support project teams in delivering high-impact client engagements by managing project plans, tracking milestones, identifying risks, coordinating communications, and helping drive successful project outcomes.


• Collaborate with team members across all levels to support client meetings, workshops, and project deliverables while building professional consulting skills.


• Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people.


• Perform primary research to uncover issues, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for challenging client problems.


• Utilize cutting-edge statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.


• Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree to be completed by December 2026 or May 2027

The compensation range for this position is $79,000 CAD.
