Job summary

Kayla's Children Centre's Camp Lionheart in Bracebridge, Ontario is seeking Program Specialty Staff to lead diverse camp activities during the July–August session. You will bring energy, creativity, and passion to our overnight camp programming, guiding campers through age-appropriate specialty activities.

Ideal candidates are energetic, flexible, and team-oriented, with experience or strong interest in at least one specialty area and a willingness to participate in required training.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in one or more specialty areas.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Energetic, flexible, creative, team-oriented.
• Ability to participate in training, as required.
• Comfortable working in a camp environment.
• For Lifeguarding roles only: current National Lifeguard (NL) and Standard First Aid with CPR-C (SFA) required.

About Lionheart

Camp Lionheart is an overnight camp in Muskoka, Canada that supports children with

disabilities and complex medical needs.

Position Overview

Program Specialty Staff bring energy, creativity, and expertise to our overnight camp

programming. This role is perfect for individuals who love leading activities and sharing

their talents with campers in a dynamic camp setting.

Specialty Areas May Include:

• Arts & crafts
• Dance, gymnastics, or yoga
• Sports (tennis, basketball, soccer, martial arts, archery)
• High Ropes and Rock Climbing
• Lifeguarding, canoeing & kayaking, sailing, boat driving
• Creative or unique program ideas
