Your area of focus.

As a Call Centre Agent in our bustling dealership, you will be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. You will primarily handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, addressing general inquiries about sales and service, and connecting customers with the appropriate department or individual. A friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of dealership operations are essential for success in this fast-paced and customer-focused role.

What drives your day-to-day?
  • Receiving incoming calls, as well as calls from clients to schedule service appointments
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Data entry
  • Conducting follow-up for the Service and Sales department
What are the must-haves…
  • 1 year experience in customer service
  • 1 year experience working in a call center
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Available day and evening– hours to be discussed
  • Experience in the automotive field is an asset
  • Bilingual, English and French (as part of this function the person will be working with French and English speaking clients).
