GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking an Entry-Level Floorhand (Class 1 or Class 3 Driver) to join our client’s team across Alberta, Canada. This full-time field role involves rotating shifts on service rigs and rod rigs, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a demanding oilfield environment.
You will assist the crew, handle equipment, and support rig-up/rig-down activities while maintaining a clean worksite and adhering to client requirements.

The Role GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Entry-Level Floorhand (Class 1 or Class 3 Driver) to join our valued client’s team working on service rigs and rod rigs across Alberta.
This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence, teamwork, and maintaining a strong safety culture in the oilfield environment.
You will work alongside an experienced rig crew supporting daily operations on the rig floor.
Shifts run 12 hours on a project-based rotation set by client requirements.
