Position Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative
Location: Appleton, WI
Employment Type: Full time and Part time
Schedule: Weekdays and every other weekend required
Hours: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm OR 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

What you will be doing
  • Provide professional customer service by phone and in person
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Perform administrative tasks and basic data entry
  • Work independently and take initiative when needed
  • Support team operations and help create a positive environment
What you need
  • Typing Test: 30–35 WPM
  • Strong computer and interpersonal skills
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Able to sit and focus for full 8-hour shifts
  • Reliable attendance is critical
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn
  • Professional and pleasant telephone voice
  • Some admin/leadership experience is a plus
  • Must be a self-starter able to work with limited supervision
