• 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Overall understanding of construction processes and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Build new relationships in the Calgary market.
• Lead internal project team, including Site Superintendents.
• Manage project startup and documentation using Procore.
• Manage construction subtrades and suppliers.
• Monitor project budget and minimize costs.
