University of Ottawa seeks teaching assistants for Calculus II (MAT-1322) in the January–April 2027 window. Three positions available, in-person delivery, with weekly class contact and student support responsibilities.

Start date is January 1, 2027; end date April 30, 2027; total TA hours about 50 across the term. Rates are per hour, with undergraduate students paid at the lower rate and graduate students at the higher rate.

Qualifications

• Student with at least 30 credits in mathematics and statistics.
• Strong understanding of Calculus II content.
• Priority will be given to graduate students in the Mathematics and Statistics Department.

Responsabilités

• Contact with students during class and office hours.
• Proctoring and supervision of course activities as assigned.
• Support 50 hours of TA duties across the section schedule.
