Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking full-time and part-time Team Members for their Stayner location. As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority will be guest satisfaction. You'll have the chance to greet guests, handle their orders, and prepare menu items while adhering to the established standards.

This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth as a Trainer, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager. Ideal candidates will have a customer service background and a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset.
• Requires ability to withstand temperatures ranging from -18°C to below -30°C.

Responsibilities

• Greet & welcome guests with hospitality.
• Complete guest orders including coffees and donuts.
• Create sandwiches, flatbreads, and wraps.
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines.
