A bit about you...

You are a dedicated and highly capable coffee enthusiast with a proven track record of specialty coffee operations. You thrive in dynamic environments and leading teams in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence while upholding artisanal standards. You have a background in hands-on barista work and / or coffee shop ownership with a desire to be an integral piece of a growing organization. Strong motivation and business acumen are key and you must be comfortable with regular hands-on work.

Salary :
$55,000 - $65,000 per year (flexibility for perfect fit)

Hours of Work :
40 hours per week within business hours. (7 : 00am - 9 : 00pm)
Overtime may be required based upon business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of 1-2 cafes with a focus on performance, quality, and guest experience.
  • Manage and develop staff, including recruitment, training on specialty beverage preparation, scheduling, performance standards, and brand standards.
  • Handle inventory management, vendor relations, and supply chain coordination to maintain premium ingredient standards.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through genuine interactions, menu education, and resolution of guest concerns.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, budgeting, and food cost control to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Foster a positive store environment, promoting our community-focused mission and implementing operations improvements.
  • Sourcing local providers who meet the company's standards, while introducing new product lines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a barista, manager or coffee shop owner in a specialty coffee setting is required.
  • Background in running a cafe or specialty coffee store with a focus on operational efficiency and team leadership is key.
  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation, including espresso and latte art techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Passion for coffee culture, customer service, franchise success, and growth.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
