Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in the hospitality industry including Barista experience in a café setting.
  • Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
  • Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays).

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the cafe.
  • Hiring and onboarding new wait staff and baristas.
  • Training employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment.
  • Coordinating with vendors and ordering supplies as needed.
