About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

The Perfect Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a team lead / keyholder in a F&B or retail setting is an asset.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Day to day operations, excellence in customer service and satisfaction, quality control/health and safety, and financial management.
  • Assisting with the management of staff, scheduling and recruiting new team members.
  • Actively engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and build strong relationships with the team.
  • Oversee and actively participate in all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen, inventory, and customer service.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
