• Understanding of the development permit and building permit process.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage CAD master plan architectural drawings.
• Assist in development of CAD standards.
• Prepare construction documents for various stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Coordinate and revise architectural drawings for compliance.
• Assist in preparation of project budgets and reports.
• Participate in value engineering of new designs.
