HNR Solutions Inc is seeking a Warehouse Operations employee to manage receiving and processing stock, maintaining accurate records, and preparing orders for shipment. This position involves operating machinery safely and requires strong communication skills.
Candidates must have forklift experience and possess a Full G license. Responsibilities also include maintaining the work site and ensuring the safety of all operations. Opportunities for travel and overtime are included in this role.
Receive, unload containers, process, label, and store incoming stock, inspecting them for accuracy and damage.
Maintain accurate records of received goods and coordinate regular inventory checks.
Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
Organize warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
Coordinate and facilitate the timely and accurate preparation of orders for shipment to customers or installation sites.
Double check all outbound orders for accuracy.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments.
Regularly inventory tools and supplies.
Read and interpret installation instructions and layout plans for shelving, racking, mezzanine, and automation systems.
Transport materials to installation sites and perform installations according to specified instructions and standards.
Ensure all installations are sturdy, level, and safe, adhering to local building codes and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise on‑site.
Communicate with the office regarding any issues or changes that arise on site. Request permission to make any changes to the set plans.
Maintain a clean and orderly work site, ensuring it is left in a professional manner upon completion of work.
Provide excellent customer service during installation, addressing any concerns or questions from customers.
Travel to and from work sites, up to one hour from office location (unpaid).
Out of town/country travel is required. Expenses paid.
Frequent early starts or later working hours are required based on need, and will be compensated accordingly.
Work closely with the office and warehouse team and other installers to ensure a smooth workflow from warehouse to installation sites.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Regularly inspect tools and machinery for any repairs or replacements needed.
Ensure all equipment, including forklift batteries, are appropriately charged and maintained.
Conduct preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment.
