We are expanding our design team to add a self-driven individual who will provide our customers with the best possible experience they can have. We are a design, manufacturing and dealer of Kitchen Cabinets & installation. The successful applicant will be friendly & outgoing with a primary responsibility on designing & selling kitchens.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen cabinet design & sales
• Experience with cabinet design programs like 20/20, we have our own
• Work with tight deadlines
• Ability to read blueprints
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure & respond quickly in a dynamic & changing environment
• Self-motivated & enthusiastic
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal to communicate with clients, contractors & builders
• Excellent presentation & negotiation skills
• All aspects of cabinetry building & installation experience would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Support for the design team, reporting to the supervisor
• Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design goals
• Read blueprints & take accurate take offs
• Ability to generate builder quote, follow up
• Design kitchens, prepare quotations & prepare orders
• Planning overall appearance & function of kitchen
• Working with the installation & services teams to achieve an exceptional product
• Designs, changes & consulting throughout retail & renovation projects
