Cabinet Builder/Labourer

Job Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cabinet Builder/Labourer to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, have a good work ethic, and enjoy working with your hands, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and millwork
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials using power and hand tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Load/unload materials and help with deliveries as needed
  • Support lead builders with day‑to‑day shop and site tasks

Requirements:

  • Some experience with woodworking or carpentry preferred (willing to train the right person)
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to ready a tape measure
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Ability to communicate and work with others in a positive manner
  • Ability to work safely keeping safety of one’s self and others a priority
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must have safety work boots and a tape measure
