We are expanding our business and have permanent full-time openings for Meat Cutters/Butchers - Retail department / Wholesale Department.

Job Description:

• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Remove bones from meat
• Portion control
• Breaking down poultry
• Prepare special orders
• Train meat cutters
• Use manual cutting utensils
• Work with beef, pork, poultry, lamb and goat
• Must be available weekends
• Training on the job for beginner/intermediate levels

Qualifications/Requirements:
