Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Trois-Rivières is seeking a butcher for our in-store team. The position offers 30–40 hours per week with day and evening shifts, and comprehensive training to help you develop and advance.

Daily duties include producing meat cuts while upholding hygiene standards and assisting customers with product knowledge. Prior experience is welcome, but our training program supports newcomers in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Meat cutting and fabrication skills essential or trainable.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
