About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Systems Administrator who can balance technical expertise with strategic thinking.
You’ll be responsible for administering and improving our key business platforms — including Salesforce, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, and Jira — while supporting cross-functional teams and implementing scalable automation to streamline operations.
This is a highly cross-functional, hands‑on role where you’ll collaborate with business leaders in Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, and Operations to design systems and workflows that drive growth and efficiency.
You’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment and enjoy translating business needs into effective, data‑driven systems solutions.
What you’ll do
- Administer and optimize core systems: Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and Microsoft 365 to ensure reliability, scalability, and data accuracy.
- Automate processes: Design and build automations and workflows using Salesforce Flow Builder, Microsoft Power Automate, and other low‑code tools to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency.
- Integrate tools and data: Connect CRM, marketing, and finance systems through APIs and integration platforms to create a unified data ecosystem.
- Support data‑driven decisions: Develop dashboards and reports across Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI tools to deliver visibility into performance and operations.
- Manage IT operations: Oversee device provisioning, software licensing, and IT asset inventory; support employee onboarding/offboarding and provide responsive IT assistance.
- Ensure governance and security: Maintain user roles, permissions, and compliance standards across all platforms, including identity management systems like Okta or Azure AD.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with business leaders to identify inefficiencies, document requirements, and translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
- Evaluate and scale systems: Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to assess, implement, and optimize new tools as the company grows.
- Document and enable: Create and maintain clear documentation of systems, workflows, integrations, and best practices to support adoption and continuity.
What you’ll bring
- Microsoft 365 Administrator Certification
- 1–3 years of experience administering enterprise SaaS tools in a B2B environment
- Experience with process automation and low‑code/no‑code configuration tools
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Familiarity with identity and access management systems (e.g., Okta, Azure AD)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — comfortable working directly with business leaders to prioritize and execute initiatives
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly in a startup environment
About you
- You’re proactive and thrive in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
- You love simplifying complex systems and automating repetitive work.
- You’re as comfortable configuring a workflow as you are discussing business process design.
- You take ownership, communicate clearly, and focus on delivering impact.
- You’re curious, adaptable, and excited to help shape how Gravity scales its business systems foundation.
